Enrollware is pleased to announce a new feature release that improves efficiency for AHA instructors issuing electronic course completion cards (eCards).
American Heart Association training centers and instructors participating in the AHA eCards program now have the ability to import their student data from Enrollware into the My Cards tool, eliminating the need for any duplicate data entry.
Today we're excited to announce the rollout of our mobile-friendly class registration system. With this new "responsive" version of our registration pages, visitors will now enjoy an optimized display on any size device.
Enrollware has recently completed the certification process for the TouchNet® Ready™ Partner Program and is now processing live transactions in the TouchNet environment.

For class registrations, that is. The electronic shopping cart is a great solution for on-line product sales, but it falls short as a solution for class scheduling and registrations. We get quite a bit of questions related to this subject so we decided to post this short explanation.
It all boils down to the fact that the data elements required to effectively manage your classes are quite different than those required to manage store inventory. Shopping carts don't have a concept of class date/times, locations, instructors, or maximum seats allowed. Nor do they have the database structures required to track and report on student progress.
Sure, it's possible to force the square peg into the round hole, but using a cart for class management almost always results in additional work on the part of the administrator by requiring continual maintenance of the shop "inventory" and transposition of the student information into a more class friendly format. Enrollware and other class management systems eliminate all that by providing a solution tailored to fit the requirements.

Enrollware now provides an additional American Heart Association CPR certification card printing template for AHA 2 card mailers. We recently launched this feature along with automated ASHI certification card printing. In addition, Enrollware customers now have the flexibility to create multiple American Heart Association CPR certification card printing profiles by certification type, locations with different printer settings and AHA card stock using 2 card sheets or 3 cards sheets. All certification card printing is automated with the required AHA data elements populated from the system and printed perfectly on the certification cards every time. Our AHA card printing templates are built into the Enrollware system so, there is never any need to download, maintain and modify templates on your computer. With Enrollware you can print American Heart Association certification cards anywhere, anytime at the touch of a button. AHA Training Center Managers can also use this feature to print cards automatically for their affiliates and training sites.
Today we're announcing the integration of Stripe (www.stripe.com) as a payment option for client's class registration systems. Stripe is an alternative to PayPal and merchant accounts, while combining the advantages of both. With Stripe, your are able to accept credit cards directly on the Enrollware registration page...no more sending your customers to a sometimes confusing PayPal site. The fees are identical to PayPal's and the application process is as simple as it gets. You can be up and accepting credit cards in a matter of minutes!
Enrollware also supports payments via PayPal and merchant accounts through authorize.net and USAePay.
